Program Health Scorecard

A 12-point diagnostic that tells you exactly where your affiliate program stands — and what to fix first. Delivered in 14 days, with a written report and a live walkthrough.

Who it's for

Programs at the inflection point.

An audit is most useful when you suspect something's off but can't quite pinpoint it — or when you're about to make a big decision and want an outside, data-backed read first.

  • Programs running 6+ months without a recent strategic review.
  • Programs that have grown but the reporting hasn't matured with them.
  • Programs about to onboard a new manager or migrate platforms.
  • In-house teams who need an outside perspective before a board or exec review.
  • Companies considering whether affiliate is worth investing in further.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you need full platform admin access?

No. Read-only access on Impact, ShareASale, CJ, PartnerStack, AffiliateWP, or Refersion is enough for most of the analysis. We'll specify exactly what we need on the kickoff call.

What if we run multiple platforms?

Common in this vertical. We've audited programs split across two or three networks. We'll note where data inconsistencies between platforms are themselves part of the finding.

Will the scorecard reveal anything we don't already know?

Often, yes. Even when we confirm what you suspect, having it documented externally with benchmarks shifts internal conversations — especially when you need budget, headcount, or stakeholder alignment.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Mutual NDA is signed before any data exchange. We don't reference clients by name in case studies without written permission.

What does it cost?

Fixed fee, scoped on program complexity (single platform vs. multi, partner volume, vertical depth). Most engagements land in a predictable range — reach out and we'll come back with a number within a business day.

What happens after the audit?

You own the document and the priorities list. Many clients run the priorities themselves; some bring us in for the next phase (Strategy or Growth). There's no obligation either way.

Ready to find out what your data actually says?

Thirty-minute scoping call first. We'll confirm fit, scope, and timeline before you commit to anything.
