Why a 3-month minimum?

Recruitment has a lead time. Month 1 is pipeline building; meaningful activation data shows up in months 2 and 3. A single month tells you almost nothing. Three months gives us enough signal to know whether targeting is right and what the growth trajectory looks like.

Do we need to complete an audit or strategy first?

Not required. But if your commission structure isn't competitive or your tracking has gaps, we'll find out fast when outreach response rates are low. An audit or strategy first removes that risk. We'll tell you upfront if we think the foundation needs work before recruitment makes sense.

Who actually does the outreach — us or you?

Flexible. We can execute outreach under your brand with platform-provided email access, or we can prepare a ready-to-send queue that your team sends. Most clients prefer we handle it end-to-end to keep the workload off their plate.

How do you find prospects?

Manual research based on your partner profile — content sites, comparison tools, email newsletters, YouTube channels, and B2B publishers that reach your target customer. We don't use scraped lists or mass-blast databases.
